EXCHANGES
✅ You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
✅ The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging.
✅ Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
❌ No exchanges are accepted on personalized products.
RETURNS
✅ We only accept returns for defective products or order errors.
✅ You have up to 5 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.

PROCESS FOR REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

2. Our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.
3. Once approved, we will provide you with the shipping address for the product.
