Shipping Policy
Coverage:
We ship throughout the Mexican Republic.

Order processing:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after purchase confirmation.

Delivery times:
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. This period may vary depending on the courier service and the destination's location.

Shipping cost:
The shipping cost is $190 MXN per order.

Courier services used:
We work with Estafeta, FedEx, or DHL. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track it.

Incorrect address or errors in the address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide their address correctly. In case of errors, re-shipping costs and any additional expenses will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or problematic packages:
If your package arrives damaged, you must send photographic evidence of the condition of the packaging and the product upon receipt. You have up to 2 calendar days from the purchase to report it.

Shipping responsibility:
We are responsible for the package until it is delivered to the courier service. From that moment on, any inconvenience must be handled directly with the courier company.
